110/366 Lycabettus Hill thrusts up out of downtown Athens in quite a distinctive manner and if not for the Acropolis, it would go a long way to dominating the skyline of the city. I noticed it straight away on the first morning, obvious as it is, and spent some time wondering about what was at its top. As short as our visit was, we were unable to make the time to visit it and I had to settle for exploring it by imagination. Well, that was until bad luck struck and our return flight was cancelled.
