128/366 Completely manmade, this canal between the Greek mainland and the Peloponnese was created to allow for more rapid and safe shipping. Its creation was an incredible feat of engineering for the time, but also led to the deaths of many workers, as attested to by the memorial on site. It could have been my unconscious thoughts on this that led to my choices of colouring on this image.
