241/366 This magnificent view was one of the last that we had before the fun truly began and the cameras had to be packed away. Even though the going was tough, I was left with a sense of satisfaction – we had earned it. This feeling is definitely something I miss when scaling the heights with anything but my own two feet.

So you actually like steep descents? For me, the way down is the part of hiking I could happily do without… might well be a matter of age though, all these creaking joints 🙂

Ahh, no, not at all, I dislike them as well, even though we make good progress. I just enjoy the sense of satisfactio of doing it on my own two legs – pain or no. 🙂
