293/366 After a long streak of black and white images, I am happy to be able to return to colour this week and to memories of Greece as well. I have been going through my images of Greece again recently in preparation to produce a short ‘zine and have been rediscovering them with fresh eyes. Some of the images I liked months ago have fallen out of favour, while I have found a fresh appreciation for others.
I did play around with posting this particular image earlier in the year, but wasn’t fully convinced. It’s not pretty in a conventional sense, but it does tell a sad story of a beautiful villa, unfinished and abandoned, slowly being reclaimed by the Earth.
