318/366 The German language is an interesting one and there exist words in it that express very specific feelings, such as Fernweh – the longing to be somewhere far away. Here I prefer the idea of “Fernfreude” – something far away that can bring happiness, despite of the distance.

Thanks again! The arrangement of the mountains just seemed perfect for a square format shot, so I had to oblige!
I also enjoy the rich dark tones in the image and these are something I am trying to incorporate ever more into my images.
