Circling back

339/366 I made the first images with Lomography’s Fantome film in the forest, so it was only fitting that I return to finish off my tests. Again, the results were confirmed, the film really does lose highlights very easily and it wasn’t down to the lens I was using for the first two rolls. The dreaminess and softness is a little more in control with the Summilux, but even this lens is full of character wide open – and shooting wide open is more or less necessary when photographing with such a slow film, unless you choose to use a tripod. Which is something I try to avoid when going on a simple photowalk.
