Meeting point

134/366 As a photographer you need to be constantly on the look out for new perspectives. In order to train this mindset I occasionally go out of my way to only make such photos. While composing this image I was struck by the way the stairs curled around just prior to joining up with the road. This allowed me to get more of the stairs into the frame and create an interesting dynamic with the road in the upper right and grass and fallen leaves in the lower right. I think I did pretty well with the framing considering the difficulty of operating a TLR which is pointing straight down!

    1. 🙂 I later found out there’s an easier way of doing it by pushing in the flap in the front part of the waist level viewfinder. Good to know it’s there for such one off occasions.
