136/366 The final stop on our day trip in the Peloponnese brought us to the archaeological site at Epidauros. The site was once the most important healing centre of the classical world and some of the wealth accrued by the healers was invested in this, the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus. The theatre is best known for its exceptional acoustics and is again used in modern times for dramatic performances.
