The white river

364/366 A river cuts its way through the Lauterbrunnen valley, its waters so pale they are almost white. Fed by the many waterfalls, its flow peaks in the Summer months due to glacial melt. We followed its winding path up the valley, taking in the sights and sounds of water rushing by and entranced by the sheer cliffs rising around us.
